Champagne Delamotte
Introducing Delamotte, founded in 1760 in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, a grand cru village located in la Côte des Blancs, Champagne Delamotte works this enchanting terroir to grow chardonnay, the only white grape variety used to make champagne.
Like its senior sibling, Delamotte NV Brut is comprised of fruit sourced largely from the most lauded Grand Cru on the Côte des Blancs, Mesnil-sur Oger.
As always, the little sibling to Salon delivers. A mesh of home turf Mesnil-sur-Oger with fruit from other lauded Grand Crus, Avize, Cramant, Oger, Chouilly and Oiry, all six Grands Crus of the Cote des Blancs.
Delamotte Rosé boasts a salmon-pink robe with copper hues beneath which sparkles a staggeringly complex, elegant and structured wine.

Champagne Salon
A legendary wine – one that sparkles. Salon is a unique champagne. Defined by its singularity since the very beginning, this exceptional wine is the champagne of a single terroir: the Côte des Blancs; a single cru: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger; a single grape variety: Chardonnay; a single year: that of a great vintage; and of one man: Eugène-Aimé Salon.
The 2013 is the most powerful, dense young Salon I have ever tasted. Champagne of mind-bending complexity, the 2013 possesses tremendous mid-palate intensity and power from the very first taste.

Wine importers club
At Unobtanium we relish the opportunity to tell stories and share that that something extra special with our members. Whether an incredible discovery in a local cellar, rare Burgundy never seen on these shores, or our own bespoke imports, fossicked during Ned’s visits to French domaines and Italian estates far from the madding crowd.
Some wines are chosen to bring imminent pleasure, while others are selected to unravel with time and patience in your cellar. Either way, our story is one of superlative quality, exclusive access and an effortless meld of provenance, rarity and stellar everyday drinking.
